The Kanzi mobile application and any related websites or services (collectively, the "Platform") are operated by Kanzi. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Kanzi. By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 1 — Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Platform. You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Section 2 — Account Registration

To place orders and access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately.
Section 3 — Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible within the app. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly represent the actual product. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to any person or region at any time.

Pricing: Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are subject to change without notice

Availability: Stock levels are updated in real time; items may sell out after you add them to your cart

Section 4 — Orders and Payment

By placing an order through the Platform, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion. In the event that we cancel or modify your order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information for all orders. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. You agree to have the full order amount available at the time of delivery.We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or in quantities that exceed reasonable personal use.
Section 5 — Delivery

We deliver within Kuwait. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, logistics disruptions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.You will receive push notifications and in-app updates as your order progresses through confirmation, dispatch, and delivery stages.
Section 6 — Returns and Exchanges

Our returns and exchange policy is available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the stated policy.
Section 7 — Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on the Platform is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders affected by such errors, even after an order has been placed.
Section 8 — Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following purposes:

•Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

•To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Kanzi or any third party

•To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

•To transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code

•To harass, abuse, or harm any other person

•To collect or track the personal information of other users

•To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systemsWe reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform for any violation of these prohibitions.
Section 9 — Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, images, text, product designs, and software, is the property of Kanzi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
Section 10 — Personal Information

Your use of the Platform and the personal information you provide are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Section 11 — Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites. Any transactions you conduct with third parties are solely between you and that third party, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from such transactions.
Section 12 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all products and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
Section 13 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kanzi and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kanzi and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Section 15 — Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive.
Section 16 — Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
Section 17 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 18 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kanzi regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
